Welcome to Goodna Special School

Goodna Special school is a co-educational State School teaching students with disabilities from Prep through to 17years.

The school was established in 1975 and over the years has developed strong links with the local community. The school has a P&C committee, a small band of dedicated parents fundraising to assist our students achieve their potential. They welcome any support from parents and community members.

Our students come from an area covering the eastern suburbs of Ipswich and bordering Brisbane to the west. We have students from many cultural backgrounds.
